The Patient Portal is an online communication link between patients and their providers. Equipped with a secure username and password, you gain anytime access to your Medical Health Records from the comfort of your home or office 24x7.

The Patient Portal provides flexibility to:

Request an appointment
Check status of your scheduled appointment
Review lab results
Request a prescription refill
Complete the Medical History Forms*
View Messages sent by the Clinic

Refill Requests
So that the provider can provide each patient her undivided attention during their office visit we ask that you limit refill requests to your appointment time only.

In the event you cannot wait until your next office visit, we will gladly forward your request to the provider upon payment of the applicable convenience fees below.   Please make your request via the Patient Portal . There is no guarantee your medication will be refilled, however, your card will NOT be charged if your request is denied.  PLEASE NOTE: REQUESTS FOR CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS (i.e Phentermine, Adderrall, etc) REQUIRE AN OFFICE VISIT EVERY 30 DAYS.

  • $20 if your last office visit was less than 3 months  

  • $40 if your last office visit was within 3 to 6 months

  • $60 if your last visit was greater than 6 months ago

Secure Messaging with the Provider
Established patients can also securely communicate with the provider online using the portal.  ​Every attempt will be made to reply to your message within 72 hours.

If your issue is urgent, we advise that you call us at 703-544-9113 and request that you leave a voicemail if we are unavailable or email the office at  Voicemail and email messages are monitored throughout the day; urgent messages are returned promptly.

Lab Testing
We partner with Push Health to offer reduced cost lab testing (for all patients). This is a great option for those that do not have health insurance OR have a high deductible plan. The lab order may be taken to most area Quest Diagnostic Labs for collection, or drawn at Harmony in Health for a nominal fee.  Depending on the results, you may asked to make an office or phone consultation appointment to discuss results and/or treatment options.  A member of our team will discuss applicable in-office or phone consultation rates in this case.  All lab fees must be paid before the lab order can be released.  Lab costs are in addition to any applicable office visit charges. *Guide to Completing Your Forms on the Portal

1. Click button for"Patient Forms" in the upper middle section of your screen
2. Click
HiH Patient History Form" to access and complete your health history questionnaire
3. In the left column, click
"Legal Documents". A fillable form should appear in the center of your screen.
4. Read, sign (using your mouse/mousepad), and submit the
Notice of Privacy Practices"and the "Financial, Fee and Insurance Policy Form".
5. Return to the upper bar and click, the
"Patient Info" button.
6. Click and complete the 3 sections in the far left column:
"Basic Info" "Emergency Contact"and "Insurance."
